Musti announces management changes

Musti is one of the leading Nordic pet care companies, operating an omni-channel business model to meet the needs of pets and their owners in Finland, Sweden and Norway. At its inaugural meeting, the board of directors of Musti Group elected Cláudia Azevedo as chairman of the board and Jeffrey David as vice chairman of the board. The board also appointed the members of the audit and remuneration committees.

Tiina-Liisa Liukkonen was elected chairman of the audit committee and João Dolores and Johan Dettel were elected as additional members of the audit committee.

Cláudia Azevedo was elected chairperson of the remuneration committee and Jeffrey David and João Günther Amaral were elected additional members of the remuneration committee.
